• A new IC design company had some engineers resigning from a famous public company. They were sued and searched by prosecutors and investigators. in this case, assisting in founding the company, dealing with the problems, stabilizing the operations of the company and helping the involved engineers receive a ruling not to prosecute
• A national taxation bureau did not accept the claim of a Taiwanese businessman’s Filipino wife for the remainder of the marital property specified in Article1030-1 of the Civil Code with the nationality of the wife as an excuse and levied an excess of estate tax amount to tens of million dollars. In this case, assisting in filing an administrative remedy and finally urging the administrative court to pronounce an advantageous judgement for the wife to recover tens of million tax payments
• Assistance to a foreign chip distributor in a case in which a manager of its Taipei branch embezzled the assets of the company under his/her custody in securing the assets of the company in Taiwan and filing a lawsuit against the manager
